• Registration Fees and Policies

  Registration is only possible online. The registration form includes conference registration and registration for the dinners, excursions and airport transfers. When your conference registration has been processed, you will receive confirmation by email.

  Conference fee:

  Euros 395 – Registration until March 1, 2013

  The fee includes the presentation of one paper. All additional papers carry an extra conference fee. All additional authors who attend the conference must also pay the conference fee.

  Registration fee includes the welcome reception on April 3^rd, lunches and dinners on April 4^th and 5^th, including the Gala dinner, coffee breaks, delegate pack, excursions and subscription to the IJMC and other Access Press Journals.

  Scheduled airport transfers will be available for delegates who register and pay the conference fee by March 1, 2013. Transfers will be on Tuesday April 2^nd (P.M), Wednesday April 3^rd (A.M.), Saturday April 6th and Sunday April 7^th. For other arrangements please contact the Organizing Committee 10thcircleconference@ipvc.pt. We will do our best to meet your requests.

  important notice : The delegates who attended the 9th CIRCLE International Conference in Ibiza, please inform the Organization Committee of the hotel where you will be staying in Viana do Castelo, so that Carlos will keep to the promise he made in Ibiza—each delegate who attended CIRCLE 2012 and will attend CIRCLE 2013, a bottle of his own wine will be waiting for you in your hotel room.

  Deadline for Registration

  The registration deadline is March 1st, 2013. However, we recommend you to register and book your flight and accommodation as soon as possible.

  Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation on or before February 15, 2013: 80 EUR
  • Cancellation from February 16 to 28, 2013: EUR 120
  • Cancellation on or after March 1, 2013: full registration fee will be charged
